Pool can be heated by natural gas to 82 degrees for an
additional charge of $225.00 per week. Pool heating is not guaranteed if
outside temp. drops below 45 degrees or if the temp. varies more than 20
degrees-night to day.

Rates and Conditions:
The Presidential vacation rental home is designed so that
we can lease it as a 5--4--3--2 or 1 bedroom villa. One week minimum rental
plus tax.
5--bedroom rental--access to entire home &
pool----Rates start at $1,695.00 (7) nights according to season
& number of people in your party. Maxium of 10 people.
4--bedroom rental--access to entire first floor &
pool--Rates start at $1,295.00 (7) nights according to season & number of
people in your party. Maxium of 8 people. 5th bedroom closed.
If you choose this rental plan you will be the only party staying in the
Presidential vacation rental home.
3--bedroom rental--access to first floor &
pool with 4th & 5th bedrooms closed--Rates start at
$795.00 (7) nights according to season & number of people in your party.
Maxium of 6 people. If you choose this rental you will be the only party
staying in the Presidential vacation rental home.

bedroom rental--access to first floor & pool with 3rd, 4th & 5th
bedrooms closed--Rates start at $695.00 (7) nights according to season &
number of people in your party. Maximum of 4 people. If you choose
this rental you will be the only party staying in the Presidential vacation

1--bedroom rental--access to first floor & pool
with 2nd, 3rd, 4th & 5th bedrooms closed--Rates start at $595.00 (7) nights
according to season & number of people in you party. Maximum of 2

$300 to $500 reservation deposit required at
initial time of booking. Balance due 6 weeks before arrival.
